"Great view with snowcapped mountain plus great service and breakfast. It is in the middle station from Grindelwald to First where you can go trekking. We love the flower trails. Just you have to add on your budget for the cable from Grindelwald to First round trip of CHF 57 for 2 adults with Swiss Pass(children aged below 16 free if travel with parent). This saves time if time is limited for you. Option is to walk from Grindelwald to hotel and from hotel to First but it takes time."

The rooms were nice and cozy although I really think they should’ve put water for guests in a five star resort there really should’ve been bottled water there is nothing. "We love staying here, everything is so lovely and clean. The mountain view from the room was outstanding. The breakfast was fantastic, we really enjoyed it. We visited the Umami restaurant located inside the hotel, and the food was terrific. The bus station is located in front of the hotel, making it very convenient. If you prefer, walking to restaurants and stores takes around 20 minutes. You will enjoy the view"
