"Due to a flight delay, we arrived at the hotel later than planned, but the staff were very flexible and accommodating, which we truly appreciated.
At the restaurant, we enjoyed beautifully presented dishes and excellent drinks.
The staff were incredibly friendly, and we were pleasantly surprised to find Japanese sake served in Switzerland.
It’s a shame that we were dealing with jet lag during our stay — we would love to come back again and spend more time here."

"The room was large and had convenient places to open and store your luggage. The owners and staff are very knowledgeable and helpful with the recreation and trains. They even sent our luggage to our next hotel in another town! The food was delicious and the breakfast/service was wonderful. This is one of the best hotels in our 3 week trip!"

"One of my best experiences. Friendly staff, cozy and clean room with a spectacular mountain view. The only drawback was the steep streets leading to the property, but the vehicle they provide for guests made our stay much better. I would definitely return to this charming hotel."
