Staff was super helpful and kind on the day of checkout. Unfortunately, this was 180 degrees from the experience at check in. The lobby and rooms are beautifully decorated and very much on brand for the beautiful Princeton grounds that are nearby. However, the bed was uncomfortable and the walls were so thin that we could hear the person in the room next door coughing periodically and loudly throughout the night. Had it not been for the thin walls and poor service on the first night, this could have easily been a 5 star experience.
