Our air condintioner didn’t work the front desk clerk Vanessa said she was sorry they were all booked and no other room to move us too. Then she went and got us a fan for our room. Today when we checked out they gave us a 50% refund on our room. Vanessa was very good and went above to help us

It was a nice, clean comfortable place to stay a few nights while I was at a conference. Vending and grab and go breakfast items were a bit limited but that wasn't really an issue for me as I had meals provided elsewhere and there was of course the kitchen in my room. I liked that the property was somewhat convenient and price was very good. I didn’t like the smoke smells because I am highly sensitive/allergic to smoke, so my nose and eyes have been running constantly while there. For the most part, the staff were co siderate, for the most part.

Never again, barely clean, old everything, dirty and broken But even beyond that was a horrible smell that staff said is in all of.the rooms because when someone is cooking that and the old.fumes and comes thru the vents. WTH! One night the bldg alarm.went off from.someones cooking and the fire department had ro be called. Never, ever again.. However, I will say, one.of the employees, Nate, was very gracious and personified hospitality.
