"very nice accommodations but very confusing layout. seemed we walked thru the garage a lot. wasn’t able to use all the amenities like the pool area, mistly closed off due to construction. the shower was sooo big - seemed like alot of wasted space that could’ve fit a soaker tub, also towel rack very far from bathing area. The beach shuttle to the most beautiful beach was our highlite. think might make good location for girls weekend with shopping in the village area although it did get a little crowded during the weekend"

"Thank god they gave us a refund. I trusted the 7.8 stars on Expedia and I will never again. GHETTO, DISGUSTING AND UNSTAYABLE. Room was so gross that we left and paid double somewhere else. We arrived at like 9pm and figured we would save a couple bucks since the pictures look nice, it was late and the reviews were high. NEVER AGAIN. We packed up and left the bedding and bathroom were so gross with stains, pubic hairs and other just other gross *** things.. best of luck with your stay. Even caring I felt on edge and figured I had a 70% chance of my car being broke into. "

"After reading the reviews I was a little hesitant on staying here but it was everything we were looking for so I bit the bullet.. Here’s my honest review.. First off the hotel is older the common areas are beautiful and Kathy at the front desk was fabulous! We got a room on the gulf side with a beautiful view. The room itself is dated they did “remodel” however it still shows its age. Room service only comes every other day of your stay for whatever reason they didn’t come the day before our last day and we needed towels and toilet paper. I asked for someone to come and no one did unfortunately so I do feel there is some need for some customer service improvement. The pool closest to the hot tub is supposed to be to be heated and it most definitely isn’t. Both pools were pretty cold. There are large games also for the kids to play and lots of sitting areas. There are two restaurants on site and we did order from both of them one did put our order thru multiple times so just make sure that dosent happen to you. This hotel has its own access to the beach, chairs are available for rent ($50 a day) there is a resort fee of $100 that includes parking and a $25 food credit per day except the day you leave. Overall this place was good for our trip. We all had a great time!"
