"This was my first time staying at MGM, and I was very satisfied with my experience. The staff was incredible and went above and beyond to help. There were two occasions when I received exceptional service. The first was when I arrived at 9:30 a.m., even though check-in wasn’t until 3:00 p.m. I thought it was worth asking if an early check-in was possible, and they were able to accommodate us in both rooms and even waived the early check-in fee. The second time, I needed help finding the cashier because I had a large bill and needed change. The staff member let me know that the ATMs could exchange money and took the time to show me how to use one. Since I was playing, she also contacted the hostess and had a drink brought over to me, which I really appreciated. We stayed in the Studio Tower, which is a little outdated, and you can definitely tell it’s one of the older towers. However, the room was very clean and had two small armchairs and a great-sized table. We had plenty of space and were comfortable during our stay. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at MGM. The excellent customer service really stood out to me, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Las Vegas."
