"The overall atmosphere was great. There was no mini bar in the room just the QR code if you wanted to order something so the sign in the room is miss leading. It says if you take anything you will be charged. Also I had one of the nicer rooms and for how much you pay you would think they would throw in the coffee. But overall it was nice to have the room taken care of every day. The staff was always nice and polite. Oh we also went to a concert in the coliseum. The glasses of wine are super pricey and if they don’t uncork a new bottle you take a chance it is days old and is not very good and by the time you find out it’s too late."

"The hotel was great, clean and loved the location. The pool day we had was amazing, didn't want to leave. The only thing that we had to keep calling about were towels. There were 4 of us in the room, and we were there for 4 nights. Every time we asked housekeeping for new towels or the cleaning folks in the hall, they would only give us 2 towels. And the bed pillows were small and we each only got one. Need more pillows on the beds! Other than that everything was fabulous."

"The room was clean and convenient. The location was good and the staff was very helpful. Check-in was a little tricky, as you can't use the self-check-in for hotel.com reservations. Excellent experience."

"This is the 5th or 6th time I have stayed at the Palazzo with no plans of ever staying anywhere else. Beautiful pool, amazing amenities, outstanding restaurants, and a suite for regular room prices. Why go anywhere else?"
