"Great value hotel, nice room and lovely staff. Only issue I had was the shower not draining well (it filled up very quickly and seemed blocked) which I forgot to report to reception as I left. But other than that it's worth the money, lots of stairs but again this can't be really be helped due to the type/ age of the building x"

"All staff welcoming and unobtrusive. As staying guests we also had a table for the pub food, which was excellent - good selection and different portion sizes. We had a 3-course evening meal and the cooked breakfast. Served quickly - hot and tasty. Coffee served with breakfast was really good."
