"We went looking for a long weekend at the beach and it didn't disappoint. The set up where the kids had a pull out couch bed, but it was actually two mattresses was a really nice set up and both the pull out bed and the main bed were extremely comfortable. The pool wasn't over crowded and the staff was lovely. The beach was stunning."

"On arrival was able to check in even though early, room was upgraded to a garden view which was appreciated. The rooms are clean and well maintained, mostly quiet although someone was thumping around above us, but it wasn't annoying enough to complain. "The property is really big, we drove there with a rented car from Lisbon. When you first get in, it feels intimidating, but once you find the main check-in counter, it is smooth sailing from there. We met someone by the name of Marvin, who was our trip angel. He was so kind, and helpful and expecting nothing in return. The property is incredibly beautiful to the point of speechlessness. "The kitchen was pretty well equipped although it would have been nice to have a coffee maker. The rooms were kept very clean by the chambermaids and we have nothing but great things to say about the wonderful fellows that manned the front desk. The area of Olhos de Aqua is a very quaint part of Albufeira which we absolutely loved. We felt very safe here and loved all the little restaurants in the area. We would definitely stay here again. Our thanks to all the staff!"

"Great property very quiet, clean and great location. 4 stars instead of 5 because the pool closes at 7 which seems kinda absurd, especially when it’s light out until 9:30 this time of year. I would also say this place is not ideal for families. It’s almost entirely older couples or groups of adults traveling together. We traveled with 3 kids and always felt self conscious about them making noise in the pool."

"The location is really nice and quiet. Short walk to near by restaurants and supermarkets. Prices are reasonable outside the resorts and I would not say the resorts prices are expensive. There are a variety of places to snack and drink. Plenty of things to do for the kids at the pool and playgrounds (football ground, ping-pong, pool tables etc…) The staff is very welcoming and it makes the stay very relaxed. "Stayed for 4 nights with my elderly mother before heading to Lisbon then Porto. We couldn’t be happier with every aspect of this resort. The concierge graciously helped us find a wheelchair rental to help get around the property and many restaurants on site. Selena and the other host at the breakfast buffet were so kind and greeted us each day with a big smile and genuine hospitality we’ll never forget.
