"You have to carry luggage a few blocks to the hotel. Then carry luggage 2 fls up stairs with no handrails. Check in and carry luggage up to rooms on 3 rd fl. No staff. The rooms are decorated with music stuff, including a table that has no leg room and can’t be used. No amenities, and no help from staff. Terrible start to my vacation. Terrible hotel. The location is good but don’t stay at this hotel."

"This is a standard off-centre hotel for business and leisure travellers. The rooms were fine, although the queen size beds were two single beds pushed together, which seems to be normal in Poland. The breakfasts were good, but most of the seats in the breakfast/bar area were either low slung armchairs or high stools at communal tables, neither of which provided a comfortable or practical breakfast experience."

"Very beautiful and private space. The room was spacious, elegant and bedding most comfortable. I loved the marble bathroom and soaking tub. The accommodations were modern, stylish and lovely enough to want to stay in rather than going for a walk, even though the location is truly desirable- near the presidential palace and Old Town. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet luxury, art deco and picture-ready Old European Beauty. I experienced history, great hospitality, attractive food, comfort, and my stay was remarkable."
