"Having spent an entirely delightful evening with the owner of the house, including all of us sharing scrambled eggs at around 1am, we are more than happy to recommend this wonderful guest house to anybody looking to stay in the area. A lovely time was had by all and we absolutely intend to stay there again as soon as possible."

"I loved it! Good location. Felt safe. Quiet!!! Conveniently located by bus, tram, and train. The only thing I wish I was told is that the city shuts down for Easter, and if I need to do some kind of shopping or need any store, I should take care of everything by 13:00 on Saturday."
"Great stay at Sofitel Warsaw Victoria. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional, and the location is excellent—close to Old Town and many attractions. The indoor swimming pool was nice and a great place to relax. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Warsaw!"
"The hotel is in the Scandi style making it minimalist, chique, warm and homely. The staff are friendly, speak excellent English and are very welcoming. Puro Hotel Stare Miastro is very clean but that is no surprise as all of Warsaw and the rest of Poland is immaculate. The hotel has 'Mund' restaurant on its ground floor and breakfast is offered a la carte (off the menu) with supplementary breads, spreads and pastries. The menu is varied and having it cooked for you adds a further layer of luxury or being pampered. After you make your booking you can check in online and this gives you access to harder pillows, free art fallery tickets, free tours and a host of other additions to your stay some for free and aome with an additional cost. This hotel, and the Puro series of hotels (it feels wrong to call them a chain as each is different and very boutique) are well worth the money and your time. My partner and I had a great stay that formed the foundation of an amazing trip."

"Great welcome, Laura was amazing. She welcomed us, showed us the apartment thoroughly and also recommended shops and restaurants. Would stay again without hesitation. 5 stars"
"We had a wonderful time. We were upgraded to a beautiful room with an amazing view! The staff was very helpful. From the porters, to reception to the restaurant staff. The hotel is well situated which added to the enjoyment of the city.
Thank you and we hope we will be back some day. "
"Overall the hotel is well maintained and very clean. The staff are helpful and accommodating. The location is excellent and the breakfast was very good. I did notice some stains on the rug in the room and that bothered me a little. Personally, I think the carpet under the bed which is there for purely aesthetic reasons needs to be kept immaculately clean or not used at all.
The safe in the room has an outlet built into it. I guess for some guests it is a way of charging devices while they are being protected. However, I had medication that had to be kept at room temperature and I put in the safe (habit) and I later discovered that the safe produces heat as a result of that outlet. Luckily I discovered this before my medication reached a temperature that would have spoiled it and I began to store it outside of the safe. But it’s just something to be mindful of if you have temperature sensitive items. I never informed the hotel. So it’s really not an issue they were aware of or could address.
Overall it’s a great hotel in a great location. With an excellent breakfast. "
