Great location. Room was clean and large. The only thing off putting was the smell in the entrance to the building. Also, the front door of the building was supposed to be only accessible by using a lock code but we were able to open the door just by pushing it. Property should fix this security loop hole.

Everything worked out perfectly. Since we had read the reviews we knew about the check in process. Our concerns were rapidly addressed and we had a nice and smooth stay. Despite the location of the apartments in such a busy area of Porto, the windows were soundproof and we slept well. Breakfast was lovely and the staff very helpful.

The Arc Carrís apartments were amazing! The location is in the best spot, the views are amazing, and the service from the staff was excellent. I would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Porto!!!

Excellent apartment 2 minutes from the historic harbour. Great location. Room had all we needed to make snacks and store water and wine in the fridge. Handy to have dishwasher, too. Staff were very helpful and I would highly recommend these apartments.

Perfect location, 1 minute to the river and 10 minute walk to the old city centre. The room was spacious and clean. The check in was good, but just note that you need to go to the main hotel across the road, and get a code to open the apartments. Slightly hard to find, but once we got there it was smooth!

We really enjoyed our stay the the Arc Carris apartments. If you are looking to be in downtown Porto close to grocery, restaurants, shopping, etc you cannot beat this property. The property management was also excellent to deal with us. When our flight was delayed on our check out day they allowed us to check out late and stored our bags for very cheap so we could enjoy the day in Porto. Our one recommendation would be to fix the hot water situation. The temperature of water that came out of the shower was erratic, constantly changing on its own.

I highly recommend staying at the Apartamentos The Arc Carris when you are in Porto. Beautiful modern room, kitchen and bathroom. A large deck with table and chairs overlooks the street. One block away from the river. A unique feature is the entrance. It takes you through a large one way window. Very Alice in Wonderland like. I was staying there alone and felt incredibly safe.
