Reception staff not of a 5* standard. Not very helpful at all. Lunch was very poor and staff were quite pushy. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Sirmione Terme. The location on the lake is absolutely perfect — peaceful, beautiful, and close to everything. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and felt like a relaxing retreat after exploring the area. The staff were genuinely kind, attentive, and always ready to help, which made our stay feel special. The overall service was excellent from start to finish. And the breakfast was fantastic — fresh, delicious, and full of great options each morning.
