2nd time visiting Lake Garda Desenzano and the park hotel, like last time we had a wonderful stay, the room we wrre it has had a refurbishment which was nice, shower room was very nicely done and room on the whole was lovely, as was last visit the staff are great and welcoming. Would definitely recommend and Park Hotel is for sure one of the best hotels in Desenzano to stay when visiting

This was a very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. We really enjoyed our stay here, and it is convenient for the town centre and harbour for boats around the lake.

Perfect 3 day trip to lake Garda, the hotel is excellent, perfect location, clean, fantastic breakfast, great staff you won’t be disappointed.

First I have to say the pictures make it look amazing (credit to the photographer) so we were slightly disappointed as it's just like any other hotel and this was a special occasion. That said it's probably the only issue we had. The staff were amazing, the food was great and the main areas were well maintained (Our room was looking slightly tired). One suggestion for anyone booking a room with a view over the lake, you need to be at least on the second floor otherwise the trees block the view, I'd suggest the higher the better to be fair although I don't know if there's any disadvantage on being high up.

Perfect hotel in Lake Garda! It is near the ferry and the train. It is also surrounded by shopping and dining. We were able to take the ferry to see some of the other towns round the lake. There were so many sailboats and wind surfers! A really fun location.

Can’t recommend this hotel enough. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay… more than 5 star hotels we had stayed lately. Service was amazing. Location was absolutely the best. Breakfast was great in a super cozy and elegant setting. Pool area was wonderful as well. The hotel staff was super courteous with parking which was a huge issue for our family traveling with a toddler. Their dining recommendations were equally good as well.

Wonderful Hotel

Excellent staff, clean and well kept room. The breakfast was brilliant and the service great. Restaurant was first class food! Would not hesitate to go back. Also in the perfect location. There was no noise from outside with the soundproofing.

Beautiful stay at Park Hotel - I highly recomend this place. The staff is particulary helpfull and serviceminded. The place is all over clean, and nicely decorated. The location is perfect, right next to the city center, and a short walk down from the trainstation. And oh - they have a wonderful breakfast! Would book again! :)

Very welcoming hotel which is stylish and in a fantastic location, central to everything and a few minutes walk from the ferry to explore the towns dotted around Lake Garda. There was a lovely garden to sit in which we enjoyed sitting in for breakfast. The breakfasts were plentiful with a good choice.. The staff are very kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.

EXCELLENT HOTEL, lake side location.

Great hotel right on the lake and in the middle of town. Service was top shelf, staff professional and very friendly and the restaurant was top quality and reasonably priced. Our only complaint would ne no coffee or tea making facility in the room, but this is probably normal for the area. Loads of bars and restaurants nearby and the ferry terminal is right across the street. Take notr that there is a street market on Tuesday from 9 till 2, so plan your visit to catch this.

Lovely hotel. 15 mins from station. Only area in Lake Garda with access to train station. Had a meal on the first night. Food was great. Only suggestion would be to have tea/coffee facilities in room. Maybe drinking water to be available. Unfortunately as it was raining didn’t get a chance to use the pool. Highly recommend

The staff at reception were absolutely excellent and the breakfast was quite good, plenty of fresh fruit, sweet bakes and salads. The location of the hotel is ideal for eating out, shopping, ferry etc. The rooms however are not quite the 4-star experience and the level of noise coming from the rooms above was extreme. Basically, we didn't sleep well at all, even with earplugs. Any hotel is a gamble and maybe we just got unlucky with the elephants above us :-)
