"The Waitui Beach Club Plus rooms are well worth the upgrade – every staff member went out of their way to ensure we had an amazing holiday (special shout-outs to Romeo, Mary, Sky and Elenoea from Waitui, as well as Fiu from the housekeeping team) and all the extra inclusions were fantastic. While there was a problem with the resort's air-conditioning system during our stay, we were provided with a fan to make the humid nights more bareable and it did not ruin our holiday at all. "

"The staff are the most amazing part of your stay so like, accommodating and just happy you’re there. We absolutely loved the people who did room service. They always wanted to make sure we were all set. The only reason I didn’t give a perfect score was because we could see mold in the bathroom above the shower in some of the crevices. We upgraded to one of the nicest rooms and I know it’s damp there but I could smell the mold/mildew on our second to last day. It’s not something I blame the house keeping for but maybe the Maintnence team didn’t know about it we’ve seen this in many tropical locations but paying around 400 a night it should be close to perfect and Hilton should pay for that upkeep. We were grateful to get a noon check out since our flight wasn’t until 9pm - if we had Hilton status maybe we could have stayed longer, they let us stay and hang at the pool and grab food. The food was pretty good we loved the room service option. Would stay again just because of the people they made everything super seamless for you. "

"There was no Wi-Fi service. We stayed at this house for 3 nights rooms were not cleaned. Asked for clean towns, which weren't provided. Asked for ice for my fractured ankle they do not have any??/"

"We had an absolutely amazing stay at this resort in Fiji. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome with their genuine warmth and friendliness. The resort itself is beautiful, well maintained, and perfectly set up for families. Our kids had the best time, they absolutely loved the activities, kids’ facilities, and overall atmosphere. There was always something for them to do, which gave us the chance to truly relax and enjoy the holiday as well. Seeing how happy and entertained the kids were made the whole trip even more special. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, the food was delicious with plenty of options for everyone, and the resort grounds were stunning. Everything was well organized and stress free, making it a perfect family getaway. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and created unforgettable memories as a family.
