Hotel is ideally located and is great value for the cost. There are lots of dining options in the area and plenty of sightseeing. The staff is super friendly and only too willing to accommodate your needs. Rooms are quite comfortable, modern and clean. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

The property was downtown ponta Delgada and was within walking distance to restaurants, stores, etc. there is a “fitness center” but the work out equipment is antique, there are no wipes or towels or water. The parking is in a garage but is very difficult to get into and out of as it is located on a pedestrian street and is extremely narrow to enter and exit.

Parking and breakfast included. Location is excellent. At breakfast could be more variety and local fresh ingredients, not the same day after day.

We had a terrace room that was spacious and inviting. The kitchenette allowed us flexibility in dining and keeping snacks( read cheeses) cool. Staff was super friendly and although steep and tight the parking garage was a huge bonus.

Hotel is well located in the center of Ponta Delgada couple of minutes from city gates. Property is well maintained, has garage (but challenging to get in and out and suitable for small cars). Rooms are good size, some kitchen amenities provided (water, tea, coffee, microwave, bottle opener, glasses, etc). Staff is very helpful. Breakfast is included

Ribeiro Hotel is wonderful
It was a great stay. I was thrilled to have parking. The parking is hard for some drivers. I prob wouldn't stay back in PDL but this hotel was great cause the street is on is lively but the windows stop all noise. Fun spot!

Super séjour en famille, salle de bain à revoir
Super séjour en famille. Hôtel très confortable est parfaitement situé. Seul point noir, la salle de bain. La douche est clairement pas adapté et on met rapidement de l’eau partout. On peut pas accrocher les serviettes pour qu’elle sèche quelque part.

It is truly a great hotel in that city, modern, super good location, great service Only negatives: Breakfast buffet was really not great. No ironing board available also.

Beautiful small hotel. Both the Sofia's at the reception desk were so helpful and friendly. Ideal area to walk to everything. The "spa' was great. There was a jacuzzi, steam room and sauna which you booked for free so that it was private. Breakfast was included as well. Definitely would stay again and recommend.

Very nice comfortable hotel with a nice private terrace. Driving in Ponte Delgada is challenging and getting in and out of the parking garage here is very difficult even with a very small vehicle. Also the street is blocked half way down, and Google Maps will try and take you up the street the wrong way as it thinks it's one way. You must enter and exit the street from the north for Hintze's parking garage.

Trevligt men dålig frukost
Väldigt hjälpsam och trevlig personal. Fint rum om än lite slitet. Frukosten var dålig, liten och dåligt utbud, till den grad att vi andra dagen bestämde oss för att gå ut för frukost. Överlag bra beläget och ganska trevligt hotell.

Évier qui fuyait mais apparemment " ça arrive de temps en temps" Compliqué pour aller au parking, il faut prendre un sens interdit. Bel appartement, mais beaucoup de calcaire et trace au niveau de la salle de bain.

Top Zimmer in top Lage
Sehr schönes Zimmer, sehr freundlicher Service, privater Wellnessbereich (kann privat reserviert werden) mit ein wenig zuviel Chlor im Whirlpool. Frühstück ist sehr basic aber ausreichend.

Excellent hotel with amazing staff
This is a great hotel in a great location. Our room was spacious with comfortable beds and a great shower and bathroom. We did not end up using the pool because our days were action packed and we swam in the ocean and hot springs instead. But it looked great and had a nice sitting area. The continental breakfast was a great way to start the day. Every staff member we encountered were very friendly and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Ponta Delgada. We hope to be back one day soon and will look to stay here.

Comfortable and well-located
Beautiful large room with bathroom suite. Very comfortable bed and in-room amenities of fridge and microwave. Appreciated the free on-site parking garage (though missed the road a few times, as it doesn't like it should be possible to drive down!). Unfortunately didn't get time to visit the pool, spa or gym, but the room was wonderful. Breakfast was lacking in vegan options. Perfect location in the middle of town. Very quiet as soon as I closed the window.

This is a lovely urban hotel in a great location with an included parking garage right beside the hotel. You can walk all over the city from here. Great restaurants very close and lots of outside cafes. The whole city is safe and accessible by foot. The hotel is very clean, the beds are comfortable, the rooms are good sized and well air conditioned (it was warm our time in August) and the staff is friendly and accommodating. About the only negative thing I can say is that the included breakfast is not up to the standards of many European hotels---but at least as good as most American hotels, meaning that most of the food is prepackaged and not fresh. But, there is a good variety of fruit, yoghurt, cheese and breads/croissants. And, there is tea as well as coffee. I would stay here again!

Personnel très sympathique, l’hôtel est bien placé en plein centre de Ponta Delgaga et dispose d’un parking sous terrain même si celui ci est un peu étroit, literie confortable et bon petit déjeuner.
