"I found that they were making improvements to the property, spray washing exterior etc. Windows still dirty.i was quite surprised to not have shampoo or conditioner in the room? The hotel has great open seating areas and the breakfast was quite good but the staff refilling the stations did not seem happy to be there."

"The staff were amazing without exception. Reception, restaurant staff, spa attendant and the manager all made every effort to ensure we had the best stay possible. The rooms were well laid out, clean and comfortable and we had a beautiful view. Breakfast was excellent and the parking was affordable and convenient. We would highly recommend this hotel, it is well situated right in town and would absolutely return for future stays."

The beds were incredibly comfortable, the showers were consistently hot, and the balcony offered a gorgeous view of the city. "Fantastic hotel. Great location for walking to the harbor and shopping and restaurants, friendly staff, beautiful decor, and excellent breakfasts. Note that no cars are allowed on street where they are located, but there is parking nearby."
