"I liked it’s location but the services were lacking no ice buckets in room no iron they would lack stocking toilet paper coffee was only offered the first day then it required purchasing after that normal stuff offered in other hotels their gym all most all equipment was not functioning properly"

"Room was comfortable but that’s the only positive. Arrived for self check-in within the stipulated time, and the room was not cleaned since the last guests. Customer service is difficult to reach and might be a bot (?). Said to leave immediately because the room was double booked. When I said no, they said that actually they’re just confused with another reservation and they will send a cleaner. Had to wait awhile. Overall very stressful and terrible lack of service - I can’t properly explain...
