"The hotel experience was amazing - the staff who works there is extremely attentive and wonderful! They are eager to give you recommendations for places to eat and visit, and assist you with anything you need. The breakfast was wholesome and the rooms are clean with smart TV and really good AC, not to mention very comfortable beds. The only inconvenience we experienced was the mini fridge did not work. "The location was ideal for coming from the train station as it is only 4 minutes walk down the same street. A key card is needed to access the courtyard from the street, the building’s main door, the Il Divino entrance and then our room. We felt it was both safe and secure and the building has a lift so you don’t have to carry your suitcases up multiple stairs. The room & it’s bathroom were beautiful, modern & very clean!
