"The Royal Suite is stunning, with original frescos and ceiling decorations dating back to the 16th century. The modern additions blend seamlessly and offer luxury comforts. The staff were amazing, particularly Krzysztof who looked after us as we dined in the excellent Pod Nosem restaurant underneath the Suites. He demonstrated a real pride and enthusiasm for Polish cuisine and Wines."

"A delightful hotel in a very convenient location in the old town. Staff are friendly and efficient. Breakfasts amazing. Room very comfortable with tea/coffee provided and a lovely bathroom. Lots of choice of accommodation in Krakow so we were delighted with our choice and highly recommend."

"Our stay at the Wawel Queen was excellent. The hotel is a short walk to the castle and cathedral, and only a few minutes to the town square. The breakfast was really good here. The hotel staff were exceptional, especially the front desk. We really enjoyed our stay in Krakow and if we visit again we will definitely be staying at the Wawel Queen."

Isolation perfectible du bruit des chambres voisines. Grand choix au petit déjeuner (légumes, omelettes, musli ...) Accueil excellent à la réception avec des services rapides et souriant.
