"The property sits on a main road that only has an entrance/exit if going in a certain direction; if not approaching from that direction, you must enter via a bunch of small side streets and around the back-end of the parking lot, which is a bit confusing. The curtains in our bedroom did not close all the way so had to be pinned so the light from the parking lot didn’t get in, and the knobs on the bedroom doors were loose/broken. The staff were lovely, the property is clean and the beds comfortable, and we had a good stay. All in all, you get what you pay for - it served our purposes for the evening."

"The hotel put out a good breakfast. They are renovating the hotel and thus the elevator floor wasn't the best but the lobby was bright and welcoming and the room while older was clean.temperatures were in single digits when we stayed so we didn't use the AC but the heating worked and kept the room comfortable. And also important given the temperature shower water was hot for all of us. "

"Do not stay here. It is a dumpster fire. Read the Google reviews. They’re not exaggerating. Other than the elevators not working and the front desk not knowing the elevators were not working was when I was told that housekeeping was ‘on demand’ and when the pool drains overflowed into the pool."

"If you are visiting Windsor for the sole purpose of Casino then I don't recommend staying here (in fact for any reason). It gets horrible over the weekend since the room I got was street facing and the windows had no noise cancellation. I could hear every car that passed by. Could not sleep at all. Next time I would rather sleep in a quiet neighbourhood rather than spending this much money. Shower didn't have warm water. There was no mirror in the room except for bathroom. The parking was horrible. Basement one was too tight and the passage to go into the hotel was like passing through some shady area. The so called 'full breakfast' had muffins, croissants, awful french toast etc. Perhaps, they should get training from European or ME hotels to learn what full breakfast is. "
