Overall stay was great. They let us check in three hours early! When we got back to the room at night the smoke detector battery was dying so it was beeping and they sent someone up in less than five minutes to fix it. The room was pretty small but overall good.

it was super close to the beach but the beds were very uncomfortable, the view was nice and overall everything was good. only two things is bring your own pillows because the ones here are literally cardboard or flat 😭

Staff was great. The tv remote didn’t have batteries. I told Happy at the front desk and he sent the very nice housekeeper up within minutes with the remote and fresh batteries. I only stayed one night, but it was a good stay.

No hot water for 3 days when it was 30 degrees outside Shower tub was patched up and definitely needs a serious revocation Only 6 parking spots for 30 plus rooms The heater did not work efficiently and the manager tried to help He was great at check in and trying to accommodate my 88 year old mom and me with the issues Had to walk up 3 flights if stairs to our room when there were no more available rooms Construction next door sounded like an earthquake for 3 days rattling the building starting at 7 in the morning Do not bring your family here might be ok for a solo

It was satisfactory for my needs for the location and the time where other hotels are much more expensive. The only thing I was concerned was the doors to go in and out they have the traditional turn key lock in the bottom the doors doesn’t slam shut unless you make sure the it’s locked from the inside. And you have to make sure when you leave the door is locked. If you loose your key there is 25$ charge.

Great place to stay if you like the cops being called almost every day/night by management for what appeared to be transient people staying at the motel. Tried asking cleaning crew for new towels and they said I had to ask owner/manager or they would be yelled at. I won’t even get into the run down condition of the property and fixtures. The only thing we didn’t notice was a lady of the evening working out of one of the rooms. The kids enjoyed the pool.

Bay Breeze is a bit of an older hotel and rooms don’t have every convenience, like a coffeemaker or hair dryer or tons of outlets. But what it does have is more important to me. It was spotlessly clean. A wood floor instead of those gross rugs. A shower with great pressure and super hot water. A lovely staff. The pool was very small but every clean and not crowded. The one issue I had was there was no ice machine. Having just returned from a walk we didn’t feel like going back out. Ten minutes later the manager was knocking on my door, bag of ice in hand. That’s the kind of place this is. It was clean, quiet and safe. Big tv, comfy beds and walkable to beach and boardwalk. Definitely recommend!

The internet was so slow, it took on average 15 minutes to get an adequate signal to even view emails and only if you sat outside the room. We were never able to get a strong enough signal to actually send any emails. They supplied only one of the world's smallest bars of soap and only one bath towel for two people. We stayed two nights and the maid brought a second towel the second day but cleaned nothing; didn't make the beds, didn't empty the trash. The TV worked in a spotty fashion. In order to get any hot water, you had to turn on the shower full blast for 10 minutes before the hot water came up. The proprietor was very nice and came to try to fix things when we asked but wasn't particularly effective. The beds were moderately comfortable and the room upon check-in was tolerably clean.
