"Rooms feel a bit damp even with AC on. Perhaps small dehumidifiers would help.
As for the rooms basic but nice. Small fridge with actual freezer so you can buy ice cream for later. Small ice cream and food place I don't think they have an indoor place but they have picnic tables and umbrellas.
Shower had built in bench great for getting sand from between toes. Staff was wonderful. This was our second year going. Just so you know out of state is only $12 for any of the beaches. If you walk...
"The property was well maintained and attractive, but the entrance to the hotel could have been more evidence. Signage would help. Can't beat the location right across the road from the ocean!"
"We had 2 rooms, 1 needed ADA access. It did have the ramp, but no seating chair for the shower and it was located near the b k of the kitchen and the view from the window was the storage areas with beer kegs and what not laying around. The hotel location and the other room with a balcony were great. Need to improve on the ADA room though "
"This is our second time staying at Shepherd's Run and we loved it again! We stayed during the week (with our 2 kids) and it is very quiet. I know there are weddings there on the weekends. The Inn and grounds are beautiful, the wine and charcuterie boards are amazing, the rooms are big and nicely updated with modern finishes and the breakfast is delicious!! I can't say enough good things about this wonderful Inn! "
"Nice room and location. The only negative thing I could say is that sometimes it was difficult to get out of the parking lot onto the main road. But I didn't find out until after my stay that there is a back way out."

"This property is perfect! I loved the stay at Burbank Rose Inn! Staff was amazing, room was spacious! The only thing was there is no elevator for when you need to bring your luggage up to the third floor (& back down). The parking lot is far but it was easier for us to pay for parking across the street.

"We had a great stay at Mill Street Inn! The property is in such a great location - walking distance to SO many things, but still lovely and quiet location. We had one of the duplex townhouses that had a balcony which was amazing! Loved having breakfast delivered each morning and sitting out on the balcony enjoying the great weather! Can’t recommend enough! "
"Great location!! It's not a 5 star hotel.. ie no room service and lobby is pretty but kind of bland.. but all and all super nice rooms and the location can't be beat. Also like the valet parking!
