"Staff were unhelpful had to change room twice. Waited 30 mins for dessert to be told that it had been in microwave so should be hot"

"The Staff , on arrival and especially at breakfast were friendly and welcoming and professional. Room very clean. Breakfast, good selection,the eggs ( poached and fried) cooked to perfection. Just note there are no lifts but I was well aware of this prior to booking. My room was on the fifth floor but it was okay but my stay was short. I would stay at the Invicta Hotal again."

"Description is misleading. Parking is limited and was reserved but there was no instruction to reserve on the site. Also under restaurant it says 3 beach bar which sounds like the name of the restaurant but don’t fooled. There is no parking evening meal restaurant or bar. But 3 bars on the beach ! Not great for lone business travellers."
