"This stay was absolutely amazing. The room was clean and comfortable. No noise in the hallway at night at all. Alex who checked us in and out couldn’t have been more helpful. The spa was lovely and clean and made us feel extremely relaxed. We will be back again 😊"

"This is my fourth stay at the Ibis over the Xmas time. New mattress this year which made for a wonderful sleep. The staff are always very welcoming and a hearty breakfast was provided. Thank you. I’ll be back!"

"Only complaint would be pillows, for me, flat firm pillows dont work. Staff is the best! They were always Super helpful. Location is good...close to the Barbican, aquarium, and waterfront. Room was very clean, well appointed and had great black-out drapes."

"Everything was perfect, spa facilities were lovely and relaxing and spotlessly clean. As was our apartment, the fresh milk in the fridge was a nice touch. Food was excelent both in the evening and breakfast.
We think it must be a wonderful place to work as all the staff from reception to cleaners were all very happy, chatty and helpful.
We have booked for our next trip already 😊"
