Broadly a comfortable stay with some issues.

Broadly a comfortable stay with some issues. The appartment was nice, clean, and had the amenities I had hoped for. I had some issues with my stay: having to provide proof of ID, a deposit, and an online check in process was all frustrating. Myself and another visitor got locked out for 40 minutes because the front lock wouldnt open and with no staff on site the help desk had to ring another customer to come let us into the building. Even though its a kitchen there is very little cooking equipment there, and no basic cooking needs (like oil or salt). All that being said, the appartment was comfy and clean.

Lovely place, perfect for us. Clean and comfortable. Definitely will stay again. Was worried about parking but no need as about 5-6 big parking places round the back. 2 mins to shops in Mutley and about 10-15 min walk in to Plymouth.

Nice flat in Mutley with access to everything

There were snafus with the check in. The customer service helped me well but it was a delay in 30 or so minutes to access our two units. The place wasn't cleaned on a certain schedule which is challenging and then you run out of garback bags and toilet paper. It's a great spot for business, and closeness to things like grocery and pubs. I'll stay again for sure. It's a really nice flat for what it is.

We had a fantastic 3‑night stay at Charles Hope Plymouth. The apartment was modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, making it feel fresh and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Having stayed here before, I do feel the property is going downhill. Parked in the car park at the back and the feeling wasn't great. Park full of rubbish, the doors to get into the property were damaged and didn't close properly, making the property feel very unsafe and the carpets filthy. Go up to the flat, where I was presented with a dirty and messy flat, all the lights on and windows fully open. With it being ground-floor, anyone could have easily got into the unit. Have to say that the management company were fair and did refund me, but I won't be staying again or recommend this place.

The apartment itself was nice but the many messages and having to provide details prior to arriving was complicated and annoying. We couldn’t find the parking as it wasnt clearly marked and we drove around 3 times. Please paint the number on the wall of the car park to make it clear!

Access issues and cold water.

The stay was immediately jaded by, what must of been a Wish of Temu door lock of which required a locksmith for me to get in, which was past midnight, not ideal after driving over 4h to get there. Then the morning was horrendous only to find out there was no hot water for a shower. The room looked nice, but these issues are unforgivable. I was planning to stay here most weeks for work, but that is just not worth the stress.
