"This was a great last minute vacation. We had a jungle view which was gorgeous and quiet. The room was very clean on arrival and the amenities were good. My only complaint was there was no microwave available in either a common space nor could they bring one to the room. We wasted so much amazing food bc of this sadly. They had an option to use one of the restaurants microwave and which the staff would warm it for you but I felt that was very inconvenient. My 3 yr old enjoyed the pool and daily Iguana petting activity. However, there wasn’t much outside of that on the resort for us all to do together. We wanted to see some shows but kids weren’t allowed. Family friendly shows are definitely needed. The rain Forrest visit was beautiful and the surrounding restaurants off the resort were great. I definitely recommend renting a car and doing self parking to save a few bucks here and there - but you’ll miss out on champagne at the door, sadly we did. The last complaint was cleaning didn’t happen daily which was ok but some days we wanted a refresh and instead they would just leave extra coffee pods in our drawer but not do anything else."

"This was our favorite stay while in Puerto Rico. The hosts were so helpful and kind. Any recommendations they gave did not disappoint. Not to mention their delicious home made breakfast served every morning. We were affected by the water shortage but the hosts made sure we always had gallons of water provided to help reduce any inconvenience. We cannot recommend them enough!!!"

"Casa Parcha is something else! Sleeping in the middle of the forest to the sounds of hummingbirds, a river, and a waterfall in the background is just unbelievable. Waking up to that morning felt surreal. Felt completely safe the entire time and our host was super responsive — any question we had, they were right there. Never felt stranded or unsure about anything."
