A warm welcome you can't help but notice the lovely subtle aroma as you enter reception, which carries on throughout the hotel.
The room was lovely a wonderful view of the marina below from the spacious balcony.
The breakfast was amazing, unhurried, outstanding cooked breakfast including possibly the best omelette i've had, a great choice of fresh fruit and a fantastic setting.
We spent time by the pool, we were guided to the loungers by the pool chap...

"This is a superb hotel which makes you feel that you are staying in a large private house in the countryside. Ana and Victor are brilliant hosts, very attentive but they have also created a very relaxed environment. All of the staff are very friendly, helpful and keep the property and gardens to a high standard. It is a great platform to visit the beaches and local restaurants. Would love to come back again. "The staff are extremely friendly making you feel special right from check in to restaurant! Nothing too much trouble. The views are amazing from every room of Santa Ponsa bay. The food is freshly cooked and beautifully presented. also cooked to order with a theme each night such as seafood or Spanish. There is a dining terrace overlooking the bay and if you time it right you have a front row table every time!

"Mycket bra läge, centralt på huvudgatan och 3 minuters promenad från den fina stranden. Man fick låna strandhanddukar under vistelsen. Hotellet kändes rent, välskött och välkomnande! När vi checkade in fick vi varsitt glas välkomstbubbel i väntan på nyckel. När jag checkat ut hade jag flera timmar tills flyget skulle gå, då fick jag åtkomst till bagagerum och takterass och när det var dags att åka, även till ett fräscht duschrum och rena handdukar. "
"Wir waren diese Jahr zum dritten Mal im Bordoy Don Antonio. Wieder hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Sehr positiv ist das die Zimmer komplett renoviert und modernisiert wurden sind. Die neuen Zimmer sind wirklich sehr schön. Auch der Speisesaal wurde renoviert auch hier sieht es jetzt sehr modern aus. Das Personal war, wie jedes Jahr sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Abendessen wurde unser Meinung nach von den Mengen her ein wenig reduziert, vorher war die Auswahl einfach zu viel, und wir denken...
"Amazing location set between 2 lovely beaches with fabulous views. Paguera is a great resort with lots of shops and restaurants and a relaxed vibe. Hotel had great staff, service was excellent, food at breakfast was all very nice. The only thing we didn’t like was the sun lounger reservation system they have but that’s just preference. "
