We had a wonderful long weekend in Castell son claret. Amazing breakfast, helpful friendly staff, beautiful pool and the countryside setting of the hotel were just perfect. The Michelin restaurant on site is worth booking too. It’s a place to return to.

We loved the hotel and overall had a great experience. The staff could be a little slow at times, but everyone was very nice and welcoming. The hotel is pretty secluded and somewhat in the middle of nowhere, so you definitely have to be okay with that. The beach is about a 25-minute drive, and there isn’t much to do in the immediate area. Free parking which is great. We really enjoyed the pool and playing tennis, and both breakfast and dinner were great. I do think it would be nice if they offered more activities on the property since the location is so secluded but rooms were big and we were comfy.

The hotel is beautiful with nice garden. not close to places but it's a nice place to relax in a large pool. the gym in this hotel is tiny and on the basement. sauna is large but it was unattended when I was there. they have a polar plunge but the cable and plug are on the path you walk into the plunge and full of water. it's very dangerous set up. The worst to be mentioned is the services: Front desk are helpful but also trying to upsell everything when we ask for suggestions. one Michelin star restaurant is the worst experience ever, the service is slow and cold, the meal lasted 4.5 hours. they also dont send reminder of your reservation. they also didn't follow the dietary restrictions. I was served the things I already mentioned not to eat. the neighborhood bistro offers better service than this one Michelin star restaurant. the pool side service is also awful , no one come to take orders, we have to walk over every time we need something. the housekeeping also didn't do a good job. the only best service we received are at breakfast. they are friendly and efficient. Overall, the hotel is beautiful but lack of the 5 star hospitality. a lot needs to improve.

We loved it! The pool is nestled in the green mountains and dinner at Sa Clastra was amazing. They just received their first Michelin Star this year.

Top tier hotel. The property and grounds are beautiful. The service is attentive and responsive. Room was spacious and quiet. I would visit Mallorca again to stay at this hotel because it was so relaxing. The only "downside" is that there is not much of a town nearby so you either need to take a taxi or rent a car if you are interested in surrounding nearby areas.

Stunning hotel and amazing staff

Beautiful property - wonderful sound of silence other than the crickets/insects humming. Incredible staff - so polite and helpful so 10/10 to them! Breakfast was wonderful and had no dairy milk plus the most delicious almond croissant they grow their own lemons and offer trails around the huge property. we have ever had. Some other observations; - hotel is 30-40 mins from Palma town and is very quiet. So not for a big group wanting to party hard I’d say. Perfect for chilling and romantic getaways - hot breakfast ordering little slow/confused so had to reorder and not always correct. - night 1 couldn’t work the AC - not sure if us or it but others in our groups struggled too. Perhaps an explanation is needed when showing us the room initially - no hot water in last morning hotel wide. One of those things with Spanish islands perhaps but a shame as really wanted one - the trails are on a map but no signs so you can’t really follow to easily. We gave up as only had an hour. - didn’t have a spa treatment as quite pricey but the indoor pool looked lovely Overall if I wanted a quieter getaway and happy to chill by the pool /play tennis then this is beautiful. The distance from Palma and beaches etc may make those more ad hic trips rather than daily excursions so something to think about depending on the type of trip you want and if you have a car or not.

The property is stunning and well maintained. The castle looks like it’s from a movie. The area feels secluded and quiet but only a 30 minute drive from Palma, making it a great choice for a few nights in Mallorca. The property has a massive pool, spa and tennis court. There are also a number of hikes / biking trails around the property. Breakfast was 10/10 and while we only dined at Olivera, we were very impressed with the food and look forward to trying the other restaurant next time. Service was slow at times and could improve. Highly recommend this hotel!
