"Juan les Pins is a great location! Such a great beach vibe without so many crowds like Nice and Monaco. The studio is convenient to the beach but transportation is needed from the train station, too far to walk with luggage. Also the bed is a sofa bed that is not the best. The management was kind enough to bring another duvet as the mattress on the springs was too thin. If they could buy a good mattress topper this might fix the issue. "Great location. Hotel was clean. Used the spa - jacuzzi jets didn’t work, but it was free. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night - not the hotels fault. Overhead light switch wouldn’t stay on - which was a pain. Needed to do laundry - was told before the trip via email that the cost was 5 euro for washer and 5 euro for dryer - but is actually 6 euro. Washed laundry and then found out the dryer didn’t actually dry the clothes. The manager was helpful and found a drying rack to hang stuff on. Breakfast buffet is 23 euro which was a little steep for what it was. Overall good stay - would stay here again."

"I truly enjoyed my stay at Lou Juan and I already am thinking about going back when I return to Cote D'Azur. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, extending a lot of hospitality and thoughtfulness during my visit. The hotel is well located just a few meters from the beach which is fantastic for spontaneous morning swims or sunset strolls. It is very comfortable and the location is excellent for exploring Juan-Les-Pins and the surrounding region. You're just a short walk to Antibes, and the nearby train station makes Cannes, Nice, and other highlights very accessible. Juan-Les-Pins is also a more relaxes seaside town compared to these others and so it was preferable as the base. I highly recommend Lou Juan to any one planning a visit to the region!"

"This is a very relaxing and clean hotel with a nice pool and only a ten minute walk to a sandy beach. The staff are so helpful and friendly, giving information on places to eat, where to do laundry etc. A special thank you to Sonia and Mathieu! We had breakfast at the hotel a few mornings- so much selection and beautifully presented. The lady who brings the coffee and attends to the dining area is very kind and efficient. There is a grocery store just minutes away as well as a pastry shop. The marina is 20 minutes walk and there are many good restaurants there. We took Uber into Antibes but there are also buses from the hotel. If I had any complaint at all, it would be the small size of the toilet room- you have to basically enter sideways. This is separate from the shower and sink area. We had a smaller room so I'm sure this wouldn't be an issue in the larger rooms. Overall I would highly recommend this lovely hotel."

"Loved the swimming pool set in beautiful garden. Continental breakfast by pool was enjoyable. Staff very helpful. There is no lift. Our room at the back of hotel was on the small side but you get what you pay for."
