We had an absolute fabulous stay in The Firs. The Host is very welcoming and knowledgeable for all the areas around. The breakfast was always delicious. Unfortunately we had a week with bad weather but this made our stay at the Firs even better! Absolute recommendation and we will book again when we go back to Scotland.

Great, comfortable and socially enriching Weekend Break at The Firs Guesthouse. A trip to remember. The hospitality was great and the room very comfortable. Breakfast was also superb!

A pleasant escape

Pauline and Lyndsey made us feel very welcome. Rooms and ensuite bathrooms are clean and comfortable and there is a good choice at breakfast. Perfect location for a quiet get away and easy access to Blair Castle.

Great place for a get away

The Firs was fantastic. Made to feel very welcome and like it was home. Pauline and Lindsay are a lovely couple and will go out of their way to ensure your stay is a comfortable as possible.

Wonderful bed and breakfast stay in the scottish countryside. Nice and quiet, with good places to eat within walking distance, very close to an excellent hike at Glen Tilt. Quick drive to pitlochry and central to several areas in scotland. The hosts are outstanding!! I cant say enough. They really added to the experience of our trip. Lindsey took the best care of us, and gave us outstanding advice on our activities each day. Breakfast was excellent and cooked to order each morning. Typical b&b rooms, very clean, bed was comfortable, which is always a big deal to us.

Cosy cottage not far away from Pitlochry. The host Lindsay was a sweet and well spoken gentleman, so kind and with a great wealth of knowledge. Our room was looking over the pretty front garden: it was cosy, clean and warm, kind of chic country style. The breakfast was pleasant and served hot. We will miss not being able to ask Lindsay for suggestions on our outs and abouts. See ya next time!

An excellent place to stay, comfortable, quiet, yet central. Only problem was, trying to find it first off, we passed the road end. One sign was obscured by a tree branch - but there was another we missed. We recommend it.

home from home

stayed for two nights as I was visiting my family, so booked the Firs as the location was excellent and in such a pretty place. I cant fault anything the property had a lovely homely feel with the plush sofas in the living room with the roaring fire. room was comfortable and clean and the cooked breakfast was lovely, the highlight was getting to meet Lindsay and Lesley the owners, two lovely people and nothing was to much trouble, even when I disturbed them at 7am as I had forgotten to put my breakfast order in the night before. highly recommended
