"Disappointing stay unfortunately. Our tv was not working and when I informed staff, they stated maintenance would need to assess the tv but there was no one available to do this. No one ever came to the room. Then I mentioned it again the following morning and again, staff just apologised and said maintenance would need to assess tv but it was not fixed by the time we checked out that morning. I feel for the price I paid for the room, this was not good enough service. Probably would not stay...

"This was a clean well kept room with no amenities, hair dryer, coffee pot, fridge, etc. We had an accessable room which meant the entire bathroom was the shower. It had a shower chair but the water sprayed clear to the sink and never drained. We asked for extra towels to make a dam and mop up the water. The sink was very small. The room itself was large and met our needs."

"Upon checking in there is no pull out to park to unload your suitcases. Parking is $38 pounds a day and I complained about the smell of smoke in our hall way that lingered into our room! I found front desk less than helpful and they did not provide me with the VIP perk upon check-in for 20% off parking and food & drinks. Beds were comfortable but our very small triple room with the smoke smell constantly was more than a turn off. Would not stay here again & area a bit sketchy."

"Hotel originally selected based on location, price and availability for a short 2 night stay for first time in Belfast. Upon being greeted at door upon our arrival we realized this was going to be like no other place we have stayed before in any city. The featured rooms and time spent by owner to blend fashion and furniture is incredible. Breakfast, late evening bar and music far exceeded our expectations.
