"I was disappointed with my stay at Prince Resort. The property feels quite neglected—the elevators are old and dirty, and the room was in poor condition. The mattress in the master bedroom was worn out and noisy, and the TVs are very outdated. While they promote 'going green' with signs about reusing towels, it honestly feels more like an excuse to cut costs on basic service rather than a real environmental effort. They’ve even removed the paper checkout process. To top it off, the construction across the street was a disaster; the loud banging started at 7:00 AM and didn't stop all day. It feels like they are cutting corners everywhere while renting out a deteriorating property. "

"No it was horrible had to pay extra for service dog , then was argued with because the staff is unprofessional and doesnt want whats best to resolve the issues charing me 65 bucks for a dog that has papers 1. 2 they made me wake my kids up to move the room or woukd of been charged 150 bucks told me to ve out in 30 mins came back said ok id move then was told i had 10 mins ... wasnt even 10 mins passed when she said 30 mins , had ocean view which was nice id not said anything about the stay till they moved me too a room smelt like mold , dog urine etc. Parking lot view not the ocean and was charged more. Not a great experience for me . Room wasnt clean lots of dust hair in bathroom the list goes on.. id check else were before anyone waste there money . Pay little more to stay in higher end hotel , breakfast was 50/50 juice taste like water dont recommend. "

"I’m not sure how recently Wyndham acquired this property, but this was NOT what we expected. I actually thought this was another property and realized I booked this without looking closer. It is under construction and not as pictured. The room was very dated! A/C didn’t go below 70, sink faucet fell off when turning on. Saving grace was the front desk staff-she was very nice and helpful. "

"Nice room for the night. Didn't get to swim but pool looked good. Reason for only 4 stars is because the breakfast had NO Protein. No eggs or meat"
