"Thank you, thank you! We booked for a soccer tournament and had to book via a soccer app with the team. Not sure about those but the original location was dirty and noise, thank goodness Arrive was available and even let us check in early! That my friends was a godsend. "Breakfast was extremely sparse compared to experiences we’ve had at other HIE locations in the past. When we arrived, there wasn’t enough bedding or towels in our room for our party and we were told they didn’t have anymore. Very clean, beds were comfortable, good location, good value."
