I was not happy with hotel or staff. Communication and trying to speak to staff in English was difficult at most times. Food ( breakfast all I ate) very average and basic.
We had to move room as there were bugs in our bathroom and our classic pool access room, well pool had nails, rocks and debris from renovation on upper level. Very dangerous, I complained every day was not given access to hotel manager until after several days.
As I booked this via Expedia and paid hotel directly I was unable to move hotel without loosing my money so was unfortunately made to stay a be unhappy. I did call Expedia and they tried to call hotel without success. Hotel denied they tried to call…
My overall experience was poor and made my holiday experience not what I had planned after going to relax and distress.
Hotel after several complaints would not even consider refunding remaining days for us to move after several requests. Nooooo customer service.
I did not appreciate being accused of taking an umbrella from the room at checkout. I did not even recall ever seeing an umbrella in the room during our stay.
The lunar in phuket is an amazing place. The staff is very friendly and available all the time. There was some trouble with the airport shuttle and my laundry was mislabeled other than that this place is fantastic. I will be staying here again.
Rooms are spacious and the balcony has beautiful view of pool and hills. Breakfast is good and the outside infinity pool is so relaxing.
The staff at the front desk is not co-operative. I had checked in with my parents and small kid, 2 hrs before check-in time. After a lot of request also they didn't allocate b4 time.
This was convenient at first and once I got too the property I loved everything about it and the view from my room . Staff was fast and very helpful would definitely stay here again next time .
Great property - super close to bangala road and patong beach but far enough not to hear the noise

Hôtel convenable. Les photos sont plus belles que l’hôtel en lui-même.
L’hospitalité reste à désirer. Peu d’amabilité et de sourires.

Hotelli oli pettymys eikä vastaa tasoltaan neljän tähden hotellia. Huoneita ei oltu siivottu kunnolla; lattiat olivat likaiset, peilit ja suihkuseinät pyyhkimättä sekä huoneessa sisällä oli kärpäsiä. Ovilukitus oli erittäin kovaääninen - mikäli jätit hetkeksikään huoneen oven auki, kovaääniset hälytykset lähtivät heti hälyttämään. Ääni kuului selkeästi muihin huoneisiin, jopa yöaikaan. Aamupala oli vaatimaton.
