Nice Rooms but location not good

I booked the Deluxe Room and it was very spacious. The only problem with this hotel is the location. Walk around the block and There's two ladyboy bars and a Family Mart to buy food at night. that's it. You would need to take a taxi/tuk tuk. With the ridiculous prices of taxis/tuk tuks in phuket, you are better off getting a hotel closer to where the action is.

Worst service ever had from a hotel

It was horrendous. Check in at 9 pm and 930 to 6 am no water in room, informed reception, first said in 5 minutes, then 30 minutes and third time one hour, after which reception shouted at me and told me to inform hotel.com and complain, then never answered phone, ask to contact manager, they refused and that was it so please think twice about staying there

good experience overall

it was a 6 days stay. huge minus point is that there was no wifi in the room when they say there was during the online booking. the breakfast was good, clean and well prepared. staff was friendly and fast when we requested for a room transfer as the air conditioning was not working in our initial room. housekeeping was done everyday even when we didnt ask for it.
