This is not a high-end hotel but it has the feel of comfort and safety. The staff was very accommodating and nice. The beach is close by. There are places to eat money exchange Massage everything you need nearby.

Hotel staff was extremely kind and welcoming. They will help you order a scooter and schedule adventures as well. They allowed me a last minute late check out as well. Even the members who keep the greenery maintained were kind. Very happy with my stay.

The room felt very basic, the bathroom didn't have much amenities, not even a hook to hang clothes, no shower curtain, plug or light above the mirror. The air con leaked water despite being at 22 or 23 as advised so we had to turn it off and a mosquito was stalking us during our stay (they are quite fast over there so hard to catch). The curtains are quite light to block daylight. Overall it feels like an old bungalow style room quickly modernized to increase the prices given the demand in the area. Not worth the price, better to pay more and go somewhere with better amenities and comfort.

Amazing service and the room make-up was spotless. Slept really well every night my friends and I were there. Amenities nearby are also plentiful! Great experience and definitely recommend if you want some peace and quiet.

I really enjoyed this location. I prefer quiet places. The staff was friendly and they took care of all of my needs and bookings for tours as well as arrange transportation with better rates than a regular taxi. I thought the beds were a bit too firm for me, but that's just my preference. I would stay there again.

Bangtao Village Resort, has traditional architecture, spacious rooms, it’s quiet, has green space & a nice pool. It is reasonably priced if you’re on a budget. My only criticism would be the beds, they are extremely hard, even for Thailand standards. The resort was helpful & added another topper to the bed, but it didn’t make much of a difference.

Bad experience

First off, the room was dirty. One little miniature couch for seating. Hot water was non-existent and the "in room WIFI" is one single router at the check-in desk. I was unable to connect from the room. I personally was not impressed. We stayed one night then moved to Diamond Cliff Resort in Patong. Talk about service. That place is immaculate.
