The hotel is old and in desperate need of redecorating. Our room was very damp with mould on the walls - the cleaners were great but the damp has got in to the walls. Great location right in the centre of Phu Ly and with a lovely view of the river which was really pretty at sunset. The room was very clean and modern, with a great shower.
