"Absolutely amazing staff, went above and beyond. When my car wouldn’t start they purchased jump leads to get me started, and ensured I got back on the road asap. Shelley bent over backwards and couldn’t be more helpful. I would highly recommend staying at The Waterford. Top marks, 10 of of 10."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room I was in (#46) was spacious, clean and comfortable. The shower, although small was hot with strong waterflow. The single bed I used was very comfortable. It is close to the beach and public transport. However the lobby was a rundown and could do with a reno and there was no refrigerator in the room. I wouldn't normally choose this accommodation but as I was only there to visit my mother in hospital so I was out most of the day -it served it's...
