"Two night stay. Check in was easy, friendly staff. We had an issue with the a/c in the room on the first night. Talked to staff in the morning and asked to have it checked. We went out in the morning and returned around noon and still had no a/c. Informed staff as we were heading out again. Didn’t return until after 10 pm to find still no a/c. Was to tired to ask to change rooms at this point as we were leaving the next morning. Bed was comfortable with nice pillows, but sheets were not very good, towels were low quality, and no hand towels. No hair dryer in the room. Requested one from front desk but it did not work. They don’t do a breakfast, and snacks are all vending machine. No pantry at front desk to purchase anything. "

"We stayed Friday night for one night while attending my daughter’s volleyball tournament at Arizona Athletic Grounds, about 10–15 minutes away, very convenient. At check-in, I asked for a rollaway since I had picked up two extra girls. Staff was accommodating and did their best. We asked about a second room, but were told it required booking two nights due to preset rates, which was frustrating. We made it work in one room with a rollaway. The next day ran long, so we stayed another night and got another rollaway with no issues. The kids enjoyed the pool and breakfast. However, the jacuzzi was not clean there was visible hair and debris, so I got out right away. There were also no towels in the pool area, so we had to go back to the room to get some. Staff overall was great friendly and helpful throughout. Room quality was inconsistent. The fourth floor was updated and clean, but the second floor felt outdated with peeling wallpaper, loose shower fixtures, and a bathtub that wasn’t properly cleaned. That said, pricing felt fair and the location is great. There’s a Target nearby and plenty of restaurants. Room service was pricey, so we used Uber Eats instead. Overall: 4/5. Could be a 5 with better cleanliness and consistency."

"Our key card never worked a second time. Once we left our room, we had to go back to the desk to get it operational again. There were never towels at the pool. There's a bathroom near the pool but you have to go to the front desk to have someone let you in. The staff at the front desk were not friendly nor helpful beyond the basic necessary level. Maintenance and housekeeping were both helpful. The food was the standard free hotel breakfast. The pool was really cold, which I would not expect for May."

"Sour milk on breakfast bar. Stale bagels. I took pictures of our room. Requested via phone call a First floor, handicap accessible room with walk in shower. At check in I was told that she could see the notation but unfortunately the message wasn’t passed on and that room was taken. Handicapped room on 3rd floor with walk in shower. No!! No walk in shower. The shower curtain was yellowed and brown it was so filthy. There were 2 trash cans but not one in toilet area! Soiled dust ruffle on both beds. Couch was heavily stained and soiled. Soil on foot stool. We had 2 packs of coffee on our first morning for 3 people. Thought breakfast bar would be open for coffee at least by 5:30. No. We had to ask for coffee packs and cups every day. We never had housekeeping at our room the entire time. Requested trash removal. Never happened. We used to sty at Hyatt place on a regular basis. Will not stay there again nor will I recommend it to anyone! Extremely disappointed. "
