"Property was beautiful, front desk staff was friendly and professional, room was very clean and comfortable, location was great for our next day departure from TIA. Disappointed that sauna was not working. Bar and restaurant staff were less than friendly and told us we could not order room service (even though front desk said of course we could). The hotel was hosting a birthday party in the pool area and the f&b staff claimed to be too busy to help us. Difficult to believe that a hotel of this...

"The airport is extremely close to the airport. It’s barely a three (3) minute walk from the arrival terminal to the reception of the hotel. No need to take taxi/cab, just take left when come out of the terminal. The property is certainly Best Western, an American chain of the hotels. Tea, 500 ml, and coffee is complimentary available in the room."
