Also, easy communication before arrival as we were not sure what time we would get there. "
"Everything catered for our needs. Stayed here a few times. Lady in the office exceeded our needs by allowing us last minute to check in way earlier then allocated time for a fee but that was not a problem as we were in a bunder. So thank you Settlers for your assistance. A++"
"Although somewhat dated, the property was good and had all the necessary facilities. It was a shame that the kitchen was dirty and needed a good clean. Otherwise the property would have been great. However the Supervisor was very apologetic and upgraded us to better and cleaner accommodation at no extra cost. We were very grateful and in turn had an awesome stay! "

"I stayed at this property for 9 days and it had everything one needs including a fridge, microwave, oven, sink and every kitchen gadget along with dishes, utensils, and pots and pans. My room was clean and well appointed. My room was essentially a studio apartment. The prices are very reasonable. The staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Green Gables will be my go to stay on my next trip to Lower Hutt, Wellington."
