"We were extremely disappointed with our stay at Kettle Valley Beach Resort. Unfortunately, the property was nothing like it appeared in the online photos. The cabin was dirty when we arrived, with bugs on the floors and walls, and there were used, dirty washcloths hanging in the bathroom. "Be advised that the party on the deck can go loudly until 2:00am on Saturday night. When we checked out of our Lakeview room and mentioned the noise when asked how our stay was the Lady didn't even reply or comment. Everything else was great."

"Very clean rooms. Quite big and spacious. Quiet location. Adequate parking, vey close to the water front. Breakfast was ok. The check-in process was very very slow. They had only 1 person at the front desk and there were 8 families in line to check in .. it was the long weekend and it would be nice if they were prepared for the rush at 4 pm when everyone was there to check in."

"Older hotel, but staff is really trying to make it hip. Had free ice cream one night, and a free barbecue to celebrate Canada Day. Great location. Our room was surprisingly larger than expected."

"I liked that we were able to rent a small suite so that my son had his own bedroom and bathroom. And we enjoyed using the swimming pool which seemed well maintained. There were plumbing issues with our room the bath tub did not drain when my son had a shower and the toilet was not working properly. His little bunk bed was comfortable and he slept well there however the main double bed where I slept was not very comfortable. "We had a microwave, coffee maker, cups ,wine glasses. We had just a basic room so everything was adequate for our needs. "

"The bedrooms depicted in the online photos do not match the actual rooms. The rooms appear to be inadequately cleaned, and some doors are missing or do not close correctly. The place struck us as unsafe, and the rooms on the ground floor didn't have locks on the windows. We ended up just packing our bags and leaving to find somewhere else to stay for the night. Losing the cost of the room was a minor trade off. I would not suggest this establishment to anyone."

"The motel was just across the lake where the water park is. The location was the most attractive point of our stay! The cleanliness is not the strongest feature of the motel, but there was a kitchen and where to sleep, so we didn’t care much for the room itself. Overall, we liked our trip and we will come back again!"
