We stayed at the Tiki for 4 nights. Overall great experience but it was a bit run down. We loved our room and all the amenities were there in the kitchen and bathroom. We had to ask for more towels, soap and shampoo as they were under staff. The location is great though! Right in front of the beach. In my opinion, we paid a little too much for what we got but it was still worth it.

I liked that we had an actual bedroom with a door that closed so whoever was up first could make coffee in the kitchen without waking the other. Also, it had a full size fridge - very rare these days. And right across from Okanagan Lake beach! Lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance.

I had no actual contact with the staff as my friends were also staying and did the check in. Room was nice and clean and fluffy pillows. Loved the location, would enjoy a proper stay and swim in the lake across the street.

The shower head was broken and sprayed water everywhere anytime you used it. Otherwise, this place was an awesome place to stay with my two young niece's they had a great time in the pool and the location couldn’t be better. The BBQs were also a really great option so that we could cook our dinners outside. One of the BBQ’s was not working and could use a clean.

The staff were great. The pool was wonderful. The rooms were okay. Our bed was not that comfortable. Our blind was broken but they did come and put up a curtain. I found it surprising that they don’t supply ice. The location of course is perfect.
