- We were given the “honeymoon suite”, which consisted of a small kitchen, bathroom with standup shower, couch and tv, queen bed and a very strange and deep (3ft) jacuzzi tub beside the bed.
- The drapes Smelled of body odor.
- The floors were not clean- they felt sandy/dirty, necessitating us to wear shoes
- Although there is a kitchen, it’s so poorly equipped that it’s hardly usable. There were no paper towels or dish towels/cloths.
- The bathroom came with two towels, one handtowel and two facecloths, which is barely enough when staying multiple nights at a beach resort essentially.
- There were no hooks in the bathroom for hanging any wet towels.
- A floor mat would be good to be able to wipe feet in the front entrance.
- There was no extra toilet paper and we weren’t given a full one to start. When I received a text asking how our stay was, I asked for more and was told I could get more at the office- but we were out of cell range all day and when we got back the office was closed. Why wouldn’t they just bring more over knowing the room was out??
- The lights are all fluorescent but not bright so you feel like you’re in a morgue.
- General setup and Usability of the place is poor for charging over $300/night. The value at best would have warranted charging no more than $150/night.
