"Fabulous setting and surroundings, the staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. We ordered the burgers from the evening menu and that is the only that spoilt the stay, they were extremely processed. All the rest of the food was great."

"What an absolute little slice of paradise! G was a fantastic host making sure we got to our field alright and showed us how everything worked before leaving us too it. We had the most relaxing night looking out at hills by the fire and the hot tub and sauna were an absolute luxury. We were even surprised with how warm the tent got, it was super cosy during the overnight rainstorm and I'm already thinking of when we can get back there already! "The bedroom was spacious and clean. The bathroom was spotless. The tea and coffee provided were great quality. The beds were comfortable but a bit creaky. The floor was uneven and creaky so a bit noisy when moving around. The common areas in the hotel are shabby, although it's an old building it could do with some updating. Our reservation included free parking yet we were charged for a parking permit."

"Seemed understaffed dinner orders were slow. Neither bathroom or shower had anywhere to place your toiletries. Hot weather with no fan leaving window open meant constant traffic noise."
