"The staff was nice . They seemed understaffed. The front desk is also the valet and Porter. . The thing we didn’t like the most about the hotel is there are no mirrors no mirrors out in the hallways or in the room. There was one mirror in the room over the sink. Nothing else in the room. My friend is 5 foot , to petite to reach the mirror at all. If I did not bring a hand mirror, she would not have had anything to put her make up on with no mirror to help get you dressed and like I said no mirrors in the public area so I couldn’t even go out in the hall to help Look at your clothes. The beds were as great as advertised, really great, but it was so weird to be in a place with no mirrors at all. Hotel San Francis. This can be easily rectified. The staff was super nice and very accommodating."

"This place has a great vibe. Beds were comfortable, bathroom clean, good water pressure in shower with consistent temperature. We shared a plate of Nachos on the patio at the onsite restaurant, and I enjoyed a nice cocktail. Breakfast offerings were excellent with a good variety of choices. Nice pool area and landscaped grounds with sitting areas. Had a downstairs room and it sounded like a herd of elephants was above us, but it is what it is. This will be my chosen hotel for all future visits to Santa Fe!"

"This hotel didn’t disappoint us with friendly staffs and room is spacious and very clean. The pool and hot tub-perfect after hours of driving. We will come back and recommend this hotel. Kids enjoyed our stay!"
