"Best location to be close to the plaza and shopping. Everything was within walking distance. We were able to shop and eat real good food with just a few mins of walking. So much to see . We will definitely be back soon. "
"Property was very welcoming of pets. The check-in was very easy and the person at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I wish I had more time as I only stayed overnight while driving back home from Arizona. If I am back in the Santa Fe area I will definitely stay here again!"
"My husband and I have been coming to the St. Francis for 30 years but this will be our last time. Our room was hot, ac blew out hot air. TV wouldn’t work and when we told the staff we were told “maintenance can’t do anything for you so we will move you to another room.” So they move us from a big spacious room to a tiny corner room with a mini fridge on the floor and no room to walk around the bed. AC still blowing out hot air so we had to sleep with the windows open which was miserable when the bar crowd noise goes on until 3am. We asked to be comped for one night because of how miserable it was but were told they were unable to do that. So I jumped on the reviews to see if we were the only ones having issues and for months people have been complaining about the air conditioning and nothing has been done so that tells me the St. Francis management doesn’t care. So yeah.. you have lost a long time customer and we will tell everyone we know how we were treated and we live in an area of Texas where a lot of people go for weekend trips to Santa Fe. We will stay at the Anasazi or the La Fonda from now on. "
"Las Palomas was a lovely property. It has B&B vibes, with really friendly staff and delicious freshly prepared breakfast. Our room was really spacious, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and it was nice to have a kitchenette. The location was walkable to the downtown area. We would definitely return!"
