Great location, comfortable hotel
Sutus Court i in a great location, right in the heart of central Pattaya, and the price I got was very reasonable. However, it is only a 3-star hotel, so you shouldn't be expecting what you would receive ina 4 or 5-star hotel.

Stayed at sutus court many times never had a problem apart from the TV reception is bad and internet no very good no remote for air-conditioning . Staff are friendly and good parking if your traveling.

So rude
Right from check in had a bad feeling counter staff so rude, rubbish in the hallways and room smelly. You get what you pay for but this was too much I was going to stay for another 2 weeks but moved after 1 night

You get what you pay for. Area is pretty good for bars, food, etc. Internet is a bit sketchy. But I like the area. Would likely stay there again.

Skid row service.... Avoid like the plague.
Terrible place, the front desk staff regularly abuse the customers in Thai language. Even when they know you can understand them they still behave like morons.

Great place to stay. Friendly staff booked an extra 3 days and looking at extending for 2 more days. Staff is fantastic and friendly. Wonder full swimming pool. Great restaurant . Location brilliant.
