For the price it met my expectations but the rooms do need updating. There were only 2 hangers, I would expect a bit more. The cleaners, hotel staff were excellent and most helpful and a credit to the hotel.

It is a proper budget option, no frills. I had no problems during my week there. Water was more than hot enough, and the AC was adequate. Everything worked in the room and the room staff kept everything stocked up. Breakfast was good. The place is a bit dated, but I would stay there again.

Hotel is okay, very close to bustling night life. Room itself was small, but bedroom area was alright. Staff were okay. Negatives included: most showers are cold because of lack of hot water; poor internet; lot of mould in the bathroom.

Even if the hotel is a palace, I can't stay there again because they do not have 24/7 high speed internet. If this isn't important to you, this is a great place to stay

Excellent was the breakfast choice and cleaning staff Good was the room bit small now I understand about Studio Woeful was the wifi I’ve stayed in lots of hotels in the last 10 years in Pattaya. The wifi in this place has been the worst I’ve ever seen I hate giving bad reviews but wifi is my main concern when booking and this was dreadful

Depending who you get behind the counter, your experience can change. But what disappointed me, I asked for a motorbike taxi on departure day (which I had many things on my mind) and there was three porter's doing nothing and concierge didn't bother to ask them to hail a motorbike taxi with their hand. That's all they needed to do. So I had to do it myself. It's not rocket science.

Hard to believe that this hotel is rated at 4 stars. Plumbing was problematic - shower and sink both had difficulty draining, and there was a foul sulfur like smell emanating from the sink. The buildings exterior has signs of neglect - cracks, peeling/fading paint, heavy rusting on the back gate and rear building fixtures(behind the restaurant) and several sections of wood on the front of the building have fallen off or were dangling. Boards in the pool deck were dry rotting, the ground was visible through several holes. Several lounge chairs also had dry rot on the legs. Ceramic tiles in the pool had mildew, likely indicating improper chlorine levels. Fitness center- surface rusting was present on several barbells, several machines were not serviced and made squeaking noises. The towel service has been discontinued, the steam room and sauna were not operational, and the showers had no hot water. The furniture in the lobby area needs to be cleaned. I stayed here a few years ago, this place was really nice. It is now a shadow of its former self - it's depressing to see how quickly things have changed for the worst. I would not recommend this hotel, it is not worthy of a 4 star rating and not a good value for the rate being changed.

being told i was two hours early to check in had to go back later, left luggage with reception, went out for a walk without power bank, using google map all the time soon drain my battery, spent an hour asked for direction! a joke to find hotel w google map because its down a side street. reception staffs were never proactive ! even the securities n cleaning staffs were more welcoming. there are better choices.

The P plus is a great hotel to stay as it’s positioned in the right place for Soi Bhukow, room was ok maid service excellent, the swimming pool is ok BUT ... I counted 11 sun beds in the shade all of the day and ONLY 4 in the sun until early afternoon! to many trees blocking the sun !! The wi fi is absolutely terrible in the rooms and have spoken to a few gests says the same thing ! The hotel says it’s a 4 star mmmmm believe me it’s not ! Sort out the wi fi and the pool area !! Will not be coming back till I hear different !

Not a bad hotel for the price paid. Breakfast offering could be improved. Rooms ok, but more could be done regarding cleanliness of bathrooms(shower cubicle mainly). CANNOT FAULT location though if you are wanting a centrally located hotel.

Fitness center was excellent - very clean, equipment was modern and properly maintained. The showers in the locker rooms did not have hot water. Breakfast buffet was above average - the fruit quality and variety was below what I expected - I found better at the local markets. Pool was nice, but very small for the size of the hotel. There were several days when lounge chairs were not available. Room was cozy, AC worked well. Shower had good pressure and water temperature. Bed was large and comfortable. I found the lady who cleaned the rooms in our building to be exceptionally pleasant. The only "complaint" was the internet service - connections were weak at times and a login was required every time my laptop was used. Overall, I'd say my first impression was a good one - I would definitely consider staying here again.

The hotel staff were very good. The hotel was within walking distance to Walking Street. Our room could have been a lot better if the rooms were cleaned properly, especially the floors. I think there maybe a problem with the drains too.

How this hotel can be 4*hotel is beyond me ,rooms small ,really dirty ,bed hard ,good WiFi and shower,had to ask for room to be cleaned after checking in,13days later my room floor had not been cleaned windows ,furniture also ,change towelling and bedding was as much as they could do,went to restaurant floor was so dirty ,phone number on room service to order food couldn't order was told by reception man can't speak english,wouldn't stay at this hotel again if it was free

It has a superb gym. However there is no AC in the gym as they don’t switch it on ! Their food at the breakfast buffet was not so great. Pretty much the same thing everyday and some items are finished by early morning and never refilled for the rest of the duration of the breakfast buffet

Newer hotel, small rooms, many Chinese tour groups use (7-8 tour busses), good parking, breakfast buffet OK, only negative is that unlike the shower, the bathroom sinks don't have hot water - useful when shaving.
