In your application shown that our room is modern superior but when we arrived at our room it’s not look like in the pic that application showed then I tried to talked to receptionist she said booked via your application always have problems like this and she clam that the hotel have only 2 type are deluxe and superior. The hotel never have room type of modern superior and we must to stayed in the room that not lookalike in the application. By the way she isn’t nice made us stayed here uncomfortably and feel bad in this time

A bit noisy on the third floor in the rooms facing soi 16. Also the rooms in these older hotels have doors that make a loud noise when being closed. Fairly close to Walking street and right next to Second road so it's easy to catch a Sawngtaaoh (pick-up truck public transport).

Aircon leaking gases
All the aircon leaking gases and need topping up everyday. On checking in was given room with aircon not cool and changed to another room and aircon was only cold for first day and next day was hot as hell due gases leaking.

The staff at the time of checkin were not friendly and when requested for extra pillow and towel they were not helpful instead asked me why do I need two pillows? One only for guest n no hand towel either Day one of check in made my holiday bad start No information in room on hotel facilities or emergency numbers etc no fire exit plan at all

The a/c takes too long to cool the room. It is understandable to turn off when out of room to conserve energy. But the a/c should cool the room faster

1) There is a Club right next to the hotel and it was so loud the floor was shaking until 3-4am. I couldn’t sleep at all. 2) the main door to my room was glass door, facing apartments across the street so I couldn’t keep the curtain open for privacy 3) toilet pump broke (chain inside was probably rusty) so I had to pull it manually I didn’t complain because I was there only for 2 days and was very busy due to commitments. The hotel needs to fix the noise issue

It’s an old hotel and is rundown. However, the location is quite good and close to the walking street. The staff were quite nice and helpful.

The hotel and the room were very clean. The staff was great. It's within walking distance of a lot of entertainment. You can hear the music from the bars through the windows which didn't bother me but that might bother other hotel guests.

The hotel is a good value..Im however a little disappointed that 90% of all the restaurants within walking distance are Indian food...whats up with that???

Not bad for 3 star at all, actually the rooms was a good as 4 star but the toilet more like 3 star I thought was fine for me for the price to stay in a large room. The hotel was being refurbished but It didn't really bother me at all. good staff, location perfect for action if your looking for the night life. But noise you will hear but you have to take into account you are in a good location

It's literally right around walking street and has a massage place right next to it. Vendors selling goods and food around the hotel. Nice place

아시아 인은 별로 없음 그리고 워킹스트리트가 가까움... 조금 시끄러울 수도 있는데 가성비 따지면 여기만한곳도 없는거 같음.. 미니바는 따로없고 물 2개 있고 수건도 큰거 2장있음 칫솔 없고 나름 그래도 괜찮았음
