"We are a family of four (two parents and two boys ages 15 and 13). We stayed just one night at Design Studios SVI-MI in a Superior Studio room in late June 2026. We loved our room and our experience at Design Studios! Our only regret was that we didn't have time to stay longer to enjoy the room and the wonderful town of Zagreb. "It was a sound proof room. We had a king size bed, the mattress was from not soft. There were large pillows, 2 firm and 2 soft. When you turn of the lights in the bathroom, the exhaust fan takes a few minutes to turn off automatically. The breakfast was great. We had hot cheese omelet made and there was scrambled eggs at the buffet with sausages and some veggies like different bell peppers and olives. Weil wir nicht zagreb bewohner waren. Als nächstes war das zimmer grausam, keine einweg schlappen, kein getränk, unhygienisch. Einfach nichts. Kein FAMILIENFREUNDLICHES hotel!"

"Parking is 25 euros a night, no pool, the restaurant attached does some dishes okay but the breakfast is the same thing every single day with not many options for vegetarians. They have laundry for 5 euros per wash and 5 euros for the dryer. Overall, the costs add up and it doesn’t make sense to book the cheaper Hilton. Other places close by were nicer and end up being cheaper overall. I also asked for access to a microwave to heat up leftovers from their restaurant and was refused."
